A fascinating two-hour interview with Hank Saroyan by Nuria Ibars, originally broadcast in 2005. Hank is William Saroyan's nephew and a long-time writer and producer in film and television. They had a close family and working relationship with the great writer and talks intimately about Uncle Bill's life and work. The program includes segments of spoken word recordings of Bill reading from his work. Series producer Vic Bedoian.<BR>

He is soooo glad to be back and to be back on the air. jim sends out a big thanks to rick flores for covering his program in both july and august. There have been a number of new artists in the jazz field who have stepped forward and taken on the challenges of the popular music field of the 1930's thru the 1950's...jim will be playing out of those recently received offerings. Please tune in and plan to roll back the rug to "dance to the bands". </FONT></P>
