you for your interest in candidacy for appointment to the Fresno Free College
Foundation Board of Directors to fill a position left vacant due to the
resignation of an existing director. Pursuant to the FFCF bylaws, this vacancy
will be filled by a decision of the Board of Directors. Only members of the
Fresno Free College Foundation in good standing will be considered.</span></font></p>
