and benefactor Berry Nishkian passed away on September 21, 2007. There
will be a memorial where friends and family will gather for a potluck, beverages
and live music in celebration of Berry's life. The event will be held on
Saturday, October 20, 2007 at 1 pm in The Wolk Garden, which is
located at 6661 North Forkner Avenue in Fresno. Please RSVP to fmuggins at

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN class=031331018-01102007>Berry was born in
San Francisco on October 22, 1945. He was an accomplished pastry chef by
trade and a creative artist with a wide variety of interests including
sculpture. Berry was honored by the Fresno Center for Nonviolence with
it's Way of Peace Award for his long-term peace activism. Berry is
survived by his wife Fran, his daughter Emily and son Miles, his stepdaughters
Jennifer and Johanna, his stepsons Barton, Laurence and Nathan, and his grandson
Hayden.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>
