KFCF has been off the air. The "Exciter", the main component of the
transmitter stopped working. Randy has a spare exciter which he will
install this afternoon along with a small amplifier that will restore our signal
partially but not to full power.If all goes well we will be back on the air
sometime this afternoon. At this point the only way to listen to programs
is to log onto the KPFA web stream on their web site.
