Mark Hernandez is runner-up. By-Laws Amendments All the By-Laws Amendments passed: 1. Using the current Roberts Rules of Order to govern meetings. Yes 183 No 19 2. Extending the election deadline until a quorum of ballots are received. Yes 182 No 21 2. Simplify board elections if there are the same or fewer nominees than open seats.
