<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN class=733172719-10082007>4. Evaluation
of "Move on Up": The program received positive reviews on the content and
music. Devoya's radio voice was singled out for praise as well as the
variety of subject matter on the show. One observation was that the volume
level of the music soundbed sometimes makes it difficult to hear the
voiceover.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN class=733172719-10082007>6. Report on
the "Cambodian Review"' : The producer, Lay Prum, provided an outline
of a recent program. The program content was a roundup of news
stories mainly about events in Cambodia and was found to be in keeping with KFCF
programming criteria. It is the only Cambodian show in the area.
Most of the other Asian programming in our vicinity is Hmong language
programming. The time-frame of the show was
also discussed. The program (9 pm to 11 pm on Fridays) begins halfway
through La Onda Bajita and ends halfway through History of Funk. While
this is not the most tidy arrangement, there is no inherent problem with
it. The fans of the book end shows get a little of what they like and the
Cambodian show can continue on the air. Since it would present a personal
hardship on the producer if the program were moved to an earlier or later time
slot, it was decided to keep the programming arrangement in its current
format.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>

business: Discussion of "Pipe Organ Showtime" to deal with recent
production and broadcast problems. Discuused "Cold Turkey Shakes" and it's
future. The main producer is moving out of town and we discussed whether
the program will have a future program once-a-month on KFCF with new producers,
or disappear from our airwaves.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>
