tonight at 6:30 at the office.  The main agenda item is the upcoming
banquet.

Just a reminder that there's a regular committee meeting this Tuesday
at 6:30 at the office.  The main item for discussion will be a
debrief of the banquet and some initial discussion of upcoming
events.  There's also a written proposal from Sean Presant which I
haven't had a chance to review but which may relate more to the
Outreach Committee.  I'd appreciate it if committee memebers can let
me know whether you can make this meeting or not.  Thanks.
